Our team internally sources deals with an emphasis on finding undervalued properties in the most walkable and visitor friendly areas. After identifying a property we coordinate negotiations and financing as well as architectural planning and design.

Construction

We take a design-first approach to development. With more than 25 properties in our portfolio, 115 short-term rental units, our current pipeline includes 130,269 sq. ft in some of Portland’s most dynamic neighborhoods and we’re growing every day.

Maintaining a high standard and ensuring that the specifications can be met and exceeded, our craftsmen and tradesman work in-house making sure we have a clear line of sight at every stage of the project.
